Founder and director

Fr. Arnold M. Abelardo, CMF

Fr. Arnold is a Claretian priest and the founder of Ako Ang Saklay. Recovered organization materials also identify him as a national leader within ABSNET, a coalition of social welfare agencies in the Philippines.

His work brings together pastoral care, recovery and reintegration, poverty alleviation, disability advocacy, disaster response, livelihood, and partnerships across government and civil society.
